ingredients
- Tortilla wraps
- 2x Onions (white or red)
- Bacon
- Lettuce
- Spring onion
- Cheese - grated
- 1 teaspoon sugar
how to make it
- Chop 2 onions and bacon into cubes
- Fry the onions for 5 mins with a sprinkle or salt until soft then add the bacon pieces
- Fry in a pan until the onions are sweet and bacon has browned
- Once the bacon is crispy, add the spring onions, grated cheese and a teaspoon of sugar. Fry and keep stirring for a few minutes until the cheese is crispy
- Prepare the wraps with lettuce and chopped onions and add your sizzling bacon mix! Voila
